This product includes only the tabletop; legs are not provided.
Each item is meticulously handcrafted over several weeks using ethically sourced Bone or Mother of Pearl. Precisely cut pieces of bone/MoP are individually embedded into a wooden frame to create a detailed pattern. Colored resin is then poured in to surround the bone/MoP, followed by painting the back and inside areas to match.
Handling & Shipping Details:
The handling time for our bone inlay products is between 2 to 3 weeks, with a shipping time of 5 to 9 business days. Each item is securely packed in a wooden (MDF) carton, cushioned with foam, corner supports, and corrugation.
Shipping Assurance:
All our products come with full insurance. Should you receive a completely damaged or irreparable item, we will replace it. For minor damages or those that can be repaired, we'll cover the full repair cost.
Receiving a Damaged Item:
We advise checking your shipment in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you notice any damage or mishandling, immediately report it to the shipping company.
Should you receive a damaged item, fret not. Kindly provide us with comprehensive photos of both the inside and outside of the product, including images of the courier tags or boxes. Also, share your contact number and address, allowing our team to investigate the damaged shipment further.
Before purchasing, familiarize yourself with the shop's policies. Customers bear the cost of Customs Duties, VAT, and any other relevant taxes. These fees differ by country. In the UK, Canada, and Europe, duties are levied alongside VAT.
